• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, QQ Slot reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the closure is at your own request (self-exclusion), any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
